The Main Function

The Tuber Machine only produce tubes, if need to produce valve bags, then Bottomer Machine is needed. The tubes are reworked by opening the bottom on each end, folding, gluing, compacting and finally form a complete valve bag on the Bottomer Machine. It is an indispensable device for the production of valve bags. HD 8916 is Ahd mainly used to produce cement bags and mortar bags.

Configuration

HDA001 Feeding mechanism : 1 set.

Equipped with rotary roller feeding system. The small rollers rotate around the big roller, at the same time, feeding to the self-rotating adsorption, 8 rolls of paper can be loaded on one roll of the big roller.

HDB001 Sorting out and perforation mechanism : 1 set

1. To ensure accurate positioning of the conveyor, equipped with 3 sets of timingbelts with baffles and conveyor belts, Automatic positioning when has speeddifferences.
2. Equipped with 45 ° angular pressure oblique device, this device comes with adifferential mechanism, can adjust the embossing position without stop the machine;
3. Equipped the center distance indentation device;
4. Equipped with longitudinal cutting device to the bottom of the flat cutting bag.

HDC003 Opening & horn flattening mechanism : 1 set:

1. Equipped with a opening device with a linear slide base, can also be flexibly adjusted to get the right position by turning the handwheel.
2. Equipped with horn opening device with the waiting function. Turn the twohandwheels separately can control the position and waiting time of the horn opensystem;

HDD002 Transitional mechanism : 1 set.

Equipped with four sets of detection electric eyes to check whether the bottom of the paper bag is normally opened.

HDE002 Flake valve mechanism : 1 set.

1. Equipped with the whole unit differential adjustment device, can adjust the papersticking position without stopping the machine.
2. can be attached to the internal valve port or external valve port
3. can be attached to the paper plus film misalignment valve port

HDE007 Bottom-closing & gluing mechanism: 1 set.

Option 1: External Reinforcement Mechanism HDE010

Application: Paste a layer of paper on the outside of the bottom (both ends) of the valve, which increases the bonding area of the glue between the layers of paper, so it strengthens the bottom structure, making it stronger and better quality. At the same time, the external reinforcement is generally printed, so that tttthe entire bag looks even more beautiful.

Remark: The external reinforcement mechanism is integrated with the bottom machine. There are two sets (one set on each side), which is the option for the Bottomer Machine. After the equipment is installed and commissioned in the customer’s factory and started to operate, if you want to add an external reinforcement mechanism, it will change the structure of the production line. And the added cost and difficulty are very large. It is not recommended to add it later. Customers are suggested to determine whether to purchase an external reinforcement mechanism base on thinking of whether need it in the coming future, and make the decision before purchase the Bottomer Machine.

Option 2: External Reinforcement Two-color Printing Machine HDK001

Application: Equipped with the external reinforcement two-color printing machines on the bottom machine, mainly for printing on the external reinforcing paper, to make the paper bag more beautiful They are usually in pairs, one on each side.

Note: If you use an off-line (outside the production line) printing machine, you may need not these two-color printing machines. The external reinforcement paper can be printed on the off-line printing machine and then cut on the slitter and then put directly on the Bottomer Machine. Only when using an online printing machine (barrel machine) for printing, but also for external reinforcement with printing, it is necessary to purchase the external reinforcement two-color printing machines. Customers can purchase two-color presses according to their actual needs. Because the two-color printing press also needs to be printed synchronously with our Bottomer Machine, it is not recommended for customers to purchase from other supplier, so as to avoid not matching between the printing machine and Bottomer Machine, resulting in unnecessary waste.

Option 3: Internal Reinforcement Mechanism HDE005

Application: Paste a layer of paper inside the bottom (both ends) of the valve bags, which increases the bonding area of the glue between the layers of the paper, so it strengthens the bottom structure, making it stronger and firmer. More important, it can prevent powder leakage and better quality.

 

Remarks:

1. The internal reinforcement mechanism is integrated with the Bottomer Machine, and a set of two units (one unit on the left and the other on the right) , it is the option for the Bottomer Machine. After the equipment is installed and commissioned in the customer’s factory and started to operate, if you want to add an internal reinforcement mechanism, it will change the structure of the whole production line. And the added cost and difficulty are very large. It is not recommended to add it later. Customers are suggested to determine whether to purchase an internal reinforcement mechanism base on thinking of whether need it in the coming future, and make the decision before purchase the Bottomer Machine.
2. After select internal reinforcement, it is necessary to select external reinforcement as well. But it is not has to select internal reinforcement when select external reinforcement.

Option 4: Big S

Application: Adding the Big S to the outputting unit of the Bottomer Machine, to increase the distance of going to the bag during the output process, and at the same time, press hard on the bag, so that the bag produced is flatter and the adhesion is stronger. The overall quality of the bag is better.

1. The color and the Bottomer Machine are the same;

3. Increase the length of the Bottomer Machine: 4 meters (the large S itself is 12 meters long, and the corresponding unit length on the original Bottomer Machine is 8 meters)
